Why We Offer Meal Plans
We offer meal plans instead of individual meals because we believe that nutrition works best when it’s consistent. Similar to starting a vitamin regimen or medication, results are not seen from a single serving. Your body typically needs one to two weeks of consistent, nutritious meals to begin noticing the benefits.
Our plans are designed to support long-term health through routine, balance, and consistency, while still allowing flexibility in how and when you pick up your meals.
Subscription Plans & Policy (Please Read Before Signing Up)
We kindly ask all clients to review this policy carefully before signing up, as subscriptions renew automatically and meals are added to your account based on the plan selected.
With our subscription plans, you may pick up any number of meals from your available balance at each visit. Some clients choose not to take all of their meals at once so they can enjoy fresh meals throughout the week, and that flexibility is completely acceptable.
Example:
If you are enrolled in the 10-meals-per-week plan and pick up 5 meals during your first visit, the remaining 5 meals stay on your account. When your subscription renews the following week, 10 additional meals are added, giving you a total of 15 meals available.
If you choose to pause or cancel your subscription, you may still use any remaining meals on your account within 90 days.
Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically unless you contact us at least one day before your next scheduled payment to request a pause or cancellation. To make any subscription changes, you must reach out to us directly by calling the store, texting us, or emailing us
